Gentle Heart Opening 8-4-20

This isn’t just a sneaky way to say back bend class, I mean opening all sides of your heart!

Please note: we had some issues with sound the last 8-10 minutes of class. Brett did an amazing job salvaging the recording but you’ll notice that there’s something going on.
