The land knows you, even when you are lost.”
~Robin Wall Kimmerer, Braiding Sweetgrass: Indigenous Wisdom, Scientific Knowledge, and the Teachings of Plants

Hi Everyone,

The loosening of restrictions is on my mind, especially concerning our in-person practices. When I reached out to Heather, she let me know that she plans to make an announcement for Infinity and has asked that we run things as we usually do until then. I am hopeful I will know more soon and will keep you in the loop.

I’m wondering about your thoughts and feelings on this. Are you comfortable with practicing in a room where the vaccinated among us were unmasked? Would you feel comfortable bumping the class sizes back up to 8 like we had last summer? I just ask this last question because I suspect if we could practice without masks a few of our Zoom yogis might want to join us. If you haven’t already, please let me know your thoughts.

If you are enjoying Zoom, don’t worry this will continue being an option.

Lastly a student reached out after Friday’s class letting me know my energy seemed stressed and wondering if it was them. I want to ensure you all that my distraction had everything to do with a lack of sleep and an uncertain situation, and had nothing to do with any of you. I sincerely hope my distraction didn’t negatively affect anyone else’s practice, and as always thank you so much for your patience and support. You are truly the best!
