Welcome Macstock attendees!
Below are a couple of short videos designed for a quick self-care break (perhaps when your watch lets you know it’s time to move), as well as a longer forward folds workshop. Some of you might remember Macstock 2019 was all about taking care of our shoulders, neck, and wrists. In 2020 we are moving down to our lower back, specifically taking care of our hamstrings.
We think all of these videos will be helpful for you, regardless of your previous experience (or lack of) with yoga!

Gentle Forward Folds Workshop is an in-depth journey into lengthening the lower back and legs, great for relieving pain caused by a day of mostly sitting. We start with a luxurious myofascial release and move into some vital information for keeping you safe in forward folds whether you’re an inflexible newbie or a long term practitioner.
