This is just a quick note to say, I am leading a practice via zoom and in person at Dharma River this Friday. So if you feel inspired, and are available, I’d love to have you join us.
That said it promises to be a small group, so if you have questions for me, or an alignment issue you’d like to troubleshoot with me, it will be the perfect opportunity for that kind of thing!
