Hello, Below is the newsletter I just tried to send you but it asked for a password. That was a mistake! I have been feeling a bit exposed with all our yoga videos and meditations hanging out for the world to see. So eventually the videos/meditations (and only the video/meditations) will have a password, the rest of the site, and of course emails will be open to all. You will have easy access, the goals wasn’t to let you have less access, the goal was just to help me feel more comfortable.
For now, we’ll leave things as is so you can read the email. As Always thank you for your patience with me!

Hi Everyone,
I’ve been so inspired by our practices together! I cherish our community as much as I do our movement and breath.
Our schedule is not changing, but we are coming up on the holiday season. We won’t practice together on Thanksgiving, Thursday Nov. 27th, and I’m still making my decision about Friday the 28th. Please reach out to let me know if you would attend if there’s practice. I am also weighing my needs as we enter into the busy retail season. Thank you for working through this with me.
Creative community events have such a special place in my heart. I want to draw your attention to a couple of them. This Wednesday, Nov. 12th, Sharon Mansur (who many of us have practiced yoga with in the past) is part of the 10 x 10: Dance on Film event at Winona Arts Center. If you are even a little curious about dance and the art form of creating films around it, this promises to be a fantastic event. And there are snacks! More information below. I’m making sure I’m registered right after I send this email!
Mike Munson also has a couple of events coming up. While he hasn’t practiced yoga with us, many of us in our group count ourselves amongst his fans! More information about these are also below.
Lastly, if you go to the videos and meditations on my site you’ll notice it’s password protected. I’m going to send a separate email that won’t also be hosted on my site with the password. My intention isn’t to keep any of you out!

12/12 at No Name Bar performing instrumental music (as upup/OVER), another instrumental band will also play. 8-10pm, $5.
12/20 at Hei N Lo playing a solo set of his “regular” music. 7-10pm.
